Aashirvaad Bansi Rava is premium-grade wheat semolina made from Bansi (cracked wheat / durum wheat variety). It has a slightly coarse texture and rich golden colour, ideal for preparing upma, khichdi, rava idli, sweets like kesari bath, halwa and various traditional breakfast dishes. It cooks fluffy, absorbs flavours well and retains the natural nutrients of wheat.
